The Vision
Invisible to the world.
The Sky Pavilion is ultimate seclusion. Floor-to-ceiling mirrored glass wraps the exterior, reflecting the meadow, the trees, the sky — until the structure nearly disappears. From outside, you see only nature. From inside, you see everything.
Elevated Living
Seven feet above the earth.
The entire structure floats on steel columns, elevated seven feet above the meadow. A grand staircase rises to meet you. Below: wildflowers and tall grass. Above: open sky and absolute privacy.
The Floating Deck
Walk into thin air.
The cantilevered deck extends far beyond the structure, unsupported, suspended over the meadow. Step out and feel like you're floating. Lounge chairs positioned at the edge. Nothing between you and the horizon.
Private Sauna
100 square feet of heat and silence.
A separate mirrored structure houses a traditional sauna. The same reflective glass exterior. The same floating elevation. Step from main house to sauna across the deck, wrapped in nothing but a robe and the West Virginia air.
